Early Spring

Although there are many things I'm not crazy about in this house; the sagging roof, the tiny tumble down garage, the backing up sewer, the funky wallpaper, the funny smell in basement, the 6 foot crack in the toilet drain....

The previous owners ran a nursery and landscape business and planted a huge number of bulbs. So this spring has been full of beautiful surprises. Snowdrops, siberian iris, daffodils, tulips, winter aconite, hyacinth, crocus, and some lily-like flowers I

haven't been able to identify yet.

And now the forsythia are coming out. I'm going to have to draw a map of where everything is so I can get this crazy yard sorted out.
