Aromatic

A friends is watching both the boys for a couple hours for me this afternoon, so I went out for a run. For the first time in about 5 months. It was painful, but I did the whole 5k loop. And I realized that the smell of arbor vitae reminds me of home even though all of them were torn out when the new house was built.
