Christmas eve will find us

Silas knows Christmas is coming and he loves singing Christmas tunes now. We know this all too well since we spent about 6 hours in the car this weekend. Jingle Bells is a clear favorite, although there is a bit of translation required, ''oh my father used to ride in a one horse open sleigh.''
There is a poem called, ''When Santa got stuck in the chimney'' that his ''teachers from school know because they are smart'' but I have to look up and learn apparently. However, Orrin and I did manage to figure out all the verses to ''Grandma got run over by a Reindeer.'' I'm fairly certain his teachers do not know, or at least have never sung in school.
