For Easter I made Nigella Lawson's easter nest cake. It''s bascially a chocolate souffle, with chocolate whipped cream, and candy covered chocolate easter eggs. It was delicious, but the point of the story is that I had to find A LOT of semi-sweet chocolate for this recipe. Maybe I haven't figured out exactly where to shop in Ireland yet, or maybe the Irish prefer milk chocolate to dark chocolate. For whatever reason I was wandering around the supermarket for 20 minutes looking for it. The closest I could find in the baking aisle was chocolate flavored coating.
And finally, in the health food aisle, beside the tofu and flax seed were bars of semisweet chocolate. The also had organic coke bottles- you know the wax bottles with the syrupy stuff inside. Does that really need to be organic?
